Can I join?

To be eligible for the service you must:

  • Be a resident of North Northamptonshire
  • Be aged 18 years old or over
  • Have a BMI of 30 or above if you are of white ethnic background, or 27.5 or above if you are from any other ethnic group.

Meet your coach

Darren is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for supporting people to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. Drawing on his own lived experience of weight management, he supports participants with empathy, understanding and practical guidance.

Meet your coach

James is from Rushden and has nearly 10 years’ experience in health. He holds degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Human Nutrition and is committed to supporting people to improve their health, motivated by a family history of type 2 diabetes.
