OUR PROGRAMME
We offer two options for taking part in the Healthier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme.
1. You can join our coach-led group programme alongside others in your local area who are also reducing their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes.
2. We offer an online app alternative, so you can complete the programme remotely with digital support from your local health coach.
This is a free, 9-month programme designed to significantly reduce your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes and improve your health.
MEET THE TEAM
SAM
Coach
Sam became a certified Health Coach in 2000. She spent the past fifteen years (12 of those overseas) working solely with women, mainly one-on-one helping them with their health and fitness. She is still working as a PT but only on a part-time basis as well as my role with LWTC.
NATALIE
Coach
Natalie is a qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with a background in martial arts and gymnastics, and also holds diplomas in meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), Reiki and Sports Psychology. Natalie works in the Ashford area. She loves helping people make sustainable lifestyle changes to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
ALEKSANDRA

Aleksandra deeply cares for her service users and about positive results. Her work is not only a job, it’s Alexsadreas mission to bring people back to health they deserve.
SABINE
Coach
Sabine graduated from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London in 2014 after 3 years of training to complete a diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She then completed her Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner certification in 2016 to add coaching techniques to her skill set.

Corrine is a qualified NASM Personal Trainer and EIQ Nutrition Coach and explored her passion in positive health and fitness for those reaching midlife and onwards; quickly realizing the importance and huge benefits of Strength Training for us all.
MICHEALAR CRANSHAWS

Michealar has been working in health care for the last 37 years and wants to support anyone with pre-diabetes, making learning fun and interactive. By increasing your knowledge, skills and understanding of their condition.
BEN
Coach
Over the years, his strengths working for British Airways were the health and safety aspects of the role and in recent years has trained in phlebotomy as a Health Assessment Specialist for the Private Health sector. Ben enjoys working with the diverse people within the community and has built a great rapport with them all, supporting them every step of the way through the course.
CALLUM
Coach
Callum brings a unique blend of education and passion to empower individuals on their journey towards better health. With a BSc in Sport Psychology and ongoing pursuit of an MSc in Applied Exercise and Health Science, my expertise lies at the intersection of physical and psychological well-being.
